A day at the Zoo!

Monday, June 28,2010 was our 7th anniversary! Joe and I spent the Sunday before on the lake together so we decided to take the kids to the zoo on Monday. We had a great day. It was a little hot but we enjoyed the shade and water misters throughout the trails and best of all, no crowd! This was our first trip through the whole zoo and the kids were troopers. Brighton rode the whole time without making a peep just taking it all in. It was so great just watching Sailor's face as she saw some the animals for the first time!

Vacation Bible School 2010!

Last week was non stop! Sailor went to VBS at 1st Baptist! She had such a great time. I was not able to get great pictures because there was soooo much action! She learned so much and was able to come home and tell Daddy and Brighton about it each night. She made a cowboy hat, a vest, a horsey picture to hang in her playhouse and a sand filled, glow in the dark, boot necklace! She learned Bible stories and dances to some slow songs and some very, very fast songs!

Brighton has had an exciting couple of weeks! He began to crawl forward on May 1st! He is now pulling up, waving bye,bye and eating more and more foods from the table. He loves Cracker Barrel mac n cheese, apple sauce and cheerios!

Brighton is 8 months!

Brighton is 8 months old!
He has 5 teeth, he is rolling all over the place, sitting up. He is able to get on all fours but is not yet crawling. He is able to migrate/scoot on his bottom across the floor to get what ever he wants. He eats and eats and eats! He is standing with support. Loves the bath and most of all his big sister!

Happy Easter 2010
