HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANA!
Sailor has so many special people in her life, especially her Nana. Today is a very special day. It is Nana's Birthday. We truly would not know what to do without her. She and Sailor have already formed an amazing bond. I have always known what a great person she is but I don't think anything tells it like when I see her with her grand kids! She has unconditional love, that is for sure. We don't tell her often enough how much we appreciate her and love her so here is a little note with some pictures attached. WE LOVE YOU NANA, HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Your post made me tear up! :) Mothers and grandmothers are so special! I could not have survived my first 2 weeks without the help and company of my mom!
