Business trip/vacation to California!

Joe recently had a conference in Anaheim so I tagged along to vacation and sight see. This was our first trip without the kids and we had a really great time. We thought we would scope out Disney and Universal before taking them with us! We got to meet up with some old friends who have lived near LA for about a year now. I did a lot of shopping while Joe was in class and of course we got to visit all the sights. Just a note, if anyone is planning a trip to a major theme park, go in December on a Tuesday morning. We got to ride all the rides by ourselves. We felt a little like National Lampoon's. We kept telling each other "sorry folks, parks closed".

The premiere for The Fighter was the night we were on Hollywood boulevard, unfortunately I did not get to see Marky Mark, he stayed at the after party too long, but I did get to practice my paparazzi picture taking. Neil Mcdonough above and Kelly Carlson below. Yes, I had to look them up to see who the were, but they really are famous, I guess!

Happy Halloween 2010!

This year Halloween was so much fun. We had three full days of fun. Thursday was dress up day at preschool then our annual pumpkin carving night at our house. Then Saturday was Trick or treat night so we made the rounds. Sunday was our Family Fall Festival at Church!
